Wieso lächelst du mir zu?
Niemand ist so verrückt mich zu lieben, bis auf - du.

I found this today and it really made me realize a lot. Ailey is right, have you ever been to a single funeral and thought, “wow this is so sad they were so ‘hot’ ” or “I can’t believe we lost such a sexy person”? No, never. You think about how that person laughed/cried with you, how they were there for you at your lowest, you mourn lost time, you think about all the things they loved and all the things they DID. Not how they LOOKED.

Actions are more important than appearances. We should focus more on who we are and how we spend our time rather than what we see when we pass by a mirror. I challenge you to go out today and try to make a difference in someone else’s day. Whether what you do is small or big, a positive action still makes an impact on those around you.

We put so much pressure on ourselves to fit into these unrealistic boxes and waste time on trying to change things we should love about ourselves. We miss out and misplace our energy into judging and tearing ourselves apart when we could spend that energy with the people we love. Why do we strive to all be the same when humans are not all made from the same ‘cut out’. That is the beauty of life, we are all meant to have our own shape our own individual beauty. Give people something positive to remember.

P.s. it won’t be how your body looked
